JustPoints Accrual

JustPoints are the rewards currency of the JustRewards Program of www.dealsaroundus.com.
As a Member, you will have the opportunity to earn JustPoints by purchasing products and/or services offered as Approved Promotions on our Offer Partners Websites from time to time, and/or by participating in Forums. It is your responsibility to comply with the rules specified by each Promotion. Your eligibility to participate in any given Promotion, and your compliance with the rules for fulfillment of any given Promotion, will be determined solely by JustRewards and the Offer Partner sponsoring such Promotion.
JustRewards reserves the right to invalidate JustPoints posted to your Account upon notice by the Offer Partner that you did not fulfill your obligation under the applicable Promotion rules.
JustRewards reserves the right to invalidate JustPoints posted to your Account upon the termination of the relation with Offer Partner.
Once you fulfill all applicable requirements for a Promotion, the designated number of JustPoints specified by that Promotion will be transferred into your Account.
In some cases, there may be some delay in the crediting of JustPoints™ to your Account. For example, delays may be caused by the Offer Partner's failure to forward the proper information to www.dealsaroundus.com, technical difficulties, or otherwise.
JustRewards will not be responsible for any delay or failure to credit JustPoints™ to your Account. It is your responsibility to regularly check your Account to ensure that JustPoints transfers have been properly credited and that your Account balance is accurate.

Account Access and Password

When you register for membership at the www.dealsaroundus.com Website, you will be asked to enter a valid User Name and password. This will allow you to access your Account to claim JustPoints, check Status, and redeem JustPoints for selected products and services (the "Rewards").
You must be logged into the www.dealsaroundus.com Website, using your User Name and password, in order to access your Account. You may check your account status and recent earning history at any time.
www.dealsaroundus.com is entitled to act on instructions received under your password. For security purposes, it is recommended that you memorize your password, and do not write it down. Redemption of JustPoints

JustPoints accrued in your Account can be redeemed for JustRewards, provided that your account contains the minimum number of JustPoints required for redemption of the requested JustReward.
JustPoints are eligible for redemption 30 days from the date they are credited to your Account.
Redemption requests must be initiated while logged onto the www.dealsaroundus.com Website, using your account Information.
Although www.dealsaroundus.com will provide an estimated time for fulfillment of your redemption request, www.dealsaroundus.com does not guarantee delivery within the estimated time, and shall not be held responsible for any failure to deliver a Reward within the time designated.
www.dealsaroundus.com is not responsible for changes to or discontinuance of any product, merchandise or service, or for Offer Partners or Suppliers withdrawal from the Program, or for any effect on or devaluation of Rewards caused by such change, discontinuance, or withdrawal. Members should not rely upon the continued availability of any Reward or award level.
www.dealsaroundus.com will not be held responsible for late shipping, damaged, incorrect or defective merchandise or returns. Nor will www.dealsaroundus.com be responsible for missing Rewards or merchandise.
Once the Member redeems JustPoints for Rewards, the appropriate number of JustPoints will be deducted from the Member's Account. Under no circumstances will Rewards be refunded or exchanged for JustPoints or cash. Nor will www.dealsaroundus.com be restored to the Member's Account once a Member claims a Reward. All redemptions are final.
JustPoints have no cash value and are not redeemable in the event www.dealsaroundus.com ceases to do business or is sold, assigned, declared bankrupt or a receiver is put in place.
JustPoints cannot be combined or used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons, discounts or special offers, except where designated by JustRewards.
JustPoints are void where prohibited by law.
The number of JustPoints redeemable in a given year may be limited. For information regarding specific restrictions, please refer to the Reward Information Pages at www.dealsaroundus.com.
www.dealsaroundus.com reserves the right to limit the redemption of specific Rewards and limit the number of Rewards available on any particular promotional offer. It is your responsibility to read and understand the information provided on these pages before accumulating JustPoints. These pages are frequently updated. Further, it is your responsibility to check these pages regularly to determine whether the restrictions have been modified. JustPoints Expiration

JustPoints expire according to the rules listed below. Expired JustPoints will be deducted from your Account. No refunds, credits or extensions will be given for JustPoints that have expired.

JustPoints accumulated in an Account with no earning or redemption activity for 12 consecutive months will expire at the end of the 12th month.
Special Promotions: From time to time, www.dealsaroundus.com may offer special promotions that have shorter expiration periods, for example, three months from the date of earning. The expiration periods and rules for such promotions will be communicated in the promotion materials at the time that such promotions are run.

JustPoints "Non-Transferable"

JustPoints earned, granted or accumulated under the Program may not be assigned or transferred to any third party.
The sale or barter, assignment, or other disposal of any such JustPoints is expressly prohibited.
JustPoints do not constitute property, and are not transferable: (i) upon death, (ii) as part of a domestic relations matter, or (iii) otherwise by operation of law.
JustPoints assigned, sold, or otherwise transferred in violation of the Program Rules will be confiscated or canceled. Any violator of the foregoing restrictions is subject to account termination, deduction of JustPoints from his or her account, and/or liability for damages and litigation and transaction costs.

Termination or Changes to the Program

www.dealsaroundus.com reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time, for whatever reason with 15 days notice. This means you will have 15 days from the date of notice to accumulate and redeem JustPoints in your Account before the Program terminates.
Notification of Program termination will be posted on the www.dealsaroundus.com Website. www.dealsaroundus.com will not be held responsible for failing to notify you of Program termination should you fail to check the www.dealsaroundus.com Website on a regular and frequent basis.
www.dealsaroundus.com may at any time and without notice suspend or disable the Website for maintenance or upgrades. www.dealsaroundus.com will not be responsible for Members inability to redeem or earn JustPoints for the period that the Website is disabled.
www.dealsaroundus.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices under which the JustRewards Program is offered from time to time and without notice. It is your responsibility to check the Member Agreement and Privacy Policy on the Website regularly to determine whether this Agreement or the Privacy Policy has been modified.
Your continued membership in the Program constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions, modifications, updates or notices.

Termination of Membership

A Member may terminate membership of the Program at any time and is effective upon submitting a termination request via email to customerservice and Member receiving confirmation of termination from www.dealsaroundus.com. JustPoints accumulated but not redeemed by the Member up to the date of termination will be forfeited. Members may not accrue or redeem JustPoints after the date of termination.
www.dealsaroundus.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your membership in the Program at any time, without notice. Upon termination, the Member's right to accrue and redeem JustPoints shall immediately be cancelled. Any and all JustPoints accumulated but not redeemed up to the date of termination will be forfeited.
Membership in the Program is subject to this Member Agreement, the Offer Information Pages, Reward Information Pages, applicable Offer Partner and Supplier restrictions and the Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Program Terms and Conditions"). Any failure to comply with the Program Terms and Conditions, any fraud or abuse relating to the accrual or redemption of JustPoints or any misrepresentation of any information supplied to www.dealsaroundus.com or its affiliates by you, or anyone acting on your behalf, may result in the termination of your membership in the Program, cancellation of your Account and/or forfeiture of your JustPoints.
If at any time, you do not accept the Program Terms and Conditions, or any subsequent amendments or modifications thereto, or become dissatisfied with the JustRewards program, your sole remedy is to terminate your participation and membership in the Program. Of course you can always redeem your JustPoints accordingly.

Notification of Changes

If we decide to make changes to our Privacy Policy or Member Agreement, we will post those changes on our Website. so that our Members are always aware of any changes to the Program or any modifications regarding the kind of personal information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. Members have a continuing obligation to check our Website on a regular basis for all Notifications and changes to the Program.
